Make complex systems move.
I lead product, technology, and transformation work where strategy has to survive contact with operations—and where a useful outcome matters more than the performance of innovation.
01 Operating principle
Strategy has to survive contact with reality.
My best work begins when the stakes are real, the system crosses organizational boundaries, and the answer cannot live in a slide deck. I connect the decision, the operating model, and the build path so teams can move.
02 Career signal
The medium changed. The instinct didn’t.
The work moved from physical production and graphic systems into web, mobile, application development, platforms, enterprise operations, and ventures. The recurring instinct was to understand the system and make it work.

A life recorded on tape
MiniDV footage, car culture, track experiences, and personal history being reviewed for a selective public archive.05 The archive
Some stories need context before they need an audience.
I spent years keeping a deliberately small public footprint while documenting a remarkable amount of life offline. The early-2000s Houston car scene, driving-school footage, builds, travel, and the people around it all exist on tape and disk.
Selected material will appear only after it has been reviewed, restored, and given the context—and permissions—it deserves.

If you are working through product direction, modernization, an AI-enabled workflow, or a system no one owns end to end, send me the real problem.
